Terms of service
Liability
All new clients will be asked to fill out a consultation form, this will outline any risks and complications that may occur as well as asking personal information in regards to previous treatments, reactions, and medications you may be on. It is your duty to let us know if anything changes, eg; you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on any medications.
Reactions and infections can occur up to 48 hours after your appointment. By booking with Coco & Ivory Studio you release the business and any staff of any liability caused by (but not limited to) waxing, tinting, lash lifting, spray tanning, and brow lamination.
Arrival
To keep the day running smoothly, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Parking
Please do not park on the grass out the front. There is street parking available around the premises and sometimes a spot on the driveway.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 24 hours before your booking. A $20 no-show fee will be charged to the card you enter if you do not show OR if you cancel your appointment without giving us 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, this is fine as long as you have given us our required amount of notice.
Confirmation Texts
A confirmation text will be sent out to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not hear back from you, a second text will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not hear from you by the end of the day, we will have to cancel your appointment to make room for other clients.
Late Shows
We cannot take you if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. This will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and have a 12-month expiry unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.
